Employer Branding & Career Aspirations

This is a two-part online administered survey of graduating university students in the Republic of Moldova. This study is commissioned by American Chamber of Commerce of Moldova. 5003 response attempts were recorded with effective sample size of about 900+ responses.

S&P 1500 CEOs Personality Measurement using A.I.

This project uses IBM Watson, LIWC, and various validated dictionaries to analyze the CEO speech recorded in the quarterly earnings call transcripts of S&P 1500 firms. Webscrapping on community and crowdsource platform is used to study the effect of CEO personality on employee satisfaction and org. culture ratings.

Epistemic Motivation in a Cellular Automata

This project models need for cognitive closure on a toroidal cellular automate grid network to examine the spread of opinions and use this to explain social phenomenon such as voting, riots, and market share.

Leadership Training for Managers

A 2 day seminar and individual one-on-one session with a group of 40 managers. This is an add-on to previous surveys and to contextualize Western leadership theories for managers at Coca-Cola Bishkek Bottlers. I anchor my delivery around Implicit Followership Theories and Implicit Leadership Theory to give them a 180-degree view on desirable leadership behaviors.
